- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Bulk / B2B orders may require additional processing time, depending on quantity and availability.
2. Shipping Timeline
Delivery times vary based on location:
- Within Andhra Pradesh & Telangana: 2–4 business days
- South India: 3–6 business days
- Rest of India: 5–8 business days
Note: Delivery time may extend due to logistics delays, festivals, bad weather, or unforeseen issues.
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on location and order weight.
- Free shipping may be offered on promotional orders or minimum cart values (if applicable).
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS/WhatsApp.
- Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect on the courier partner’s website.
5. Delivery Attempts
- Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 2–3 times.
- If the delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, the package may be returned to us.
- Re-shipping will require an additional delivery fee.
