  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • Bulk / B2B orders may require additional processing time, depending on quantity and availability.

2. Shipping Timeline

Delivery times vary based on location:

  • Within Andhra Pradesh & Telangana: 2–4 business days
  • South India: 3–6 business days
  • Rest of India: 5–8 business days

Note: Delivery time may extend due to logistics delays, festivals, bad weather, or unforeseen issues.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on location and order weight.
  • Free shipping may be offered on promotional orders or minimum cart values (if applicable).

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS/WhatsApp.
  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect on the courier partner’s website.

5. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 2–3 times.
  • If the delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, the package may be returned to us.
  • Re-shipping will require an additional delivery fee.

6. Packaging Safety

All products are packed securely to ensure freshness and prevent damage.
We use:

  • Food-grade packaging
  • Moisture-resistant sealing
  • Transport-safe cartons for bulk orders

If you receive a damaged package, please contact us within 48 hours.

We deliver across all major cities and towns in India.

For remote or non-serviceable locations:

  • Delivery time may be longer

  • In rare cases, orders may be canceled if courier service is unavailable

8. Bulk / B2B Shipping

Bulk shipments follow different logistics terms:

  • Dispatch may take 3–10 days depending on order size
  • Special cargo packaging is used as needed
  • Freight charges depend on logistics partner rates
  • Buyers may arrange their own transport (on request)

9. Delayed Deliveries

Although we aim to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:
