At Binity Enterprises Private Limited, we strive to provide high-quality peanut products and ensure complete customer satisfaction. This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns, replacements, and refunds are processed.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You are eligible for a return or replacement only if:

  • You received a damaged or defective product
  • The product delivered is incorrect (wrong item or wrong quantity)
  • The product is expired or spoiled at the time of delivery

Note:
Due to the nature of food items, we do not accept returns for opened, used, or partially consumed products unless the issue falls under the above cases.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or tampered packages
  • Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery
  • Bulk / wholesale orders (unless the issue is reported immediately upon receipt)
  • Free items or promotional products

3. Return Request Timeframe

All return or replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

After this period, we may not be able to process the request due to the perishable nature of the products.


4. How to Request a Return or Replacement

To request a return, replacement, or refund, please contact us through:

  • Order ID
  • Product name
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging

5. Return Approval Process

Once your request is reviewed:

  • Our team will verify the claim
  • If approved, you may be asked to return the product or the item will be inspected during pickup
  • After verification, your replacement/refund will be processed

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only in the following cases:

  • Product delivered is defective or damaged
  • Incorrect or missing product
  • Order cancelled before dispatch
  • Quality issues verified by our team

Refunds will be processed through:

  • Original payment method, or
  • Store credit (as per customer preference)

Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account.


7. Replacement Policy

If a replacement is available, we will:

  • Dispatch the replacement product within 2–5 business days after approval
  • In case the item is out of stock, a full refund will be issued

8. Order Cancellation

Customers can cancel an order within 2 hours of placing it, provided it has not been dispatched.

Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.


9. Bulk / B2B Order Policy

Bulk orders for retailers or distributors follow a separate agreement.

Bulk orders are non-returnable and non-refundable, except for:

  • Wrong product supplied
  • Damaged goods reported at the time of delivery
  • Quality mismatch proven immediately upon receipt
